This position offers an opportunity to develop your customer service expertise within a supportive environment committed to professional growth. *Duties* * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat * Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction * Assist customers with order processing, returns, and account management * Utilize data entry skills to update customer records accurately in the database * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance sales * Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions * Analyze customer feedback and issues to suggest improvements for service delivery * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns efficiently * Document interactions thoroughly for future reference and quality assurance *Experience* * Previous experience in customer service and/or healthcare preferred * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail * Bilingual proficiency in English is highly desirable * Demonstrated ability in analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions * Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus * Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities * Familiarity with CRM systems or similar customer management tools is advantageous This role is essential for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting our company's growth objectives.
