Q Wealth Partners is seeking a dedicated Junior Help Desk Analyst to join our HQ office in a full-time hybrid role. This position focuses on delivering exceptional support to HQ staff and partner staff located across Canada. An ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, a client-centric mindset, and at least co-op experience in systems administration/IT. What You Will DoTriage helpdesk ticketsAct as the main resource for all client-side related hardware/software installation, configuration, upgrades and maintenancePerform daily support, monitoring and administration tasks for a fleet of Windows/MacOS devicesSetup laptops and peripherals for local and remote officesProvide IT support to all users in the partnershipSupport MFA, password resets, and authentication troubleshootingPerform onboarding/offboarding tasksMaintain and update internal knowledge-baseAssist the team with office infrastructure projectsProvide occasional after-hours support for urgent issuesOccasional travel to partner offices located in the GTA and across CanadaOther duties as requiredRequired Skills and QualificationsCollege diploma in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent experience/educationMinimum co-op work experience is preferableTroubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11/MacOSKnowledge of Microsoft 365Familiar with support ticketing systems, CMDB, asset managementWorking knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of appsAble to provide basic desktop and general application troubleshootingWhat We OfferHybrid work environment to start (2-5 days in office, will ramp up over time)Participation in the company staff ownership plan after 1 year of service3 weeks of vacation5 personal/sick daysGreat benefits program that's available after the 90 days probation periodFor a fun little skill-testing question, look up the "IT keyphrase" in the DNS records for our main website domain when applying.Q Wealth Partners welcomes and encourages applications from candidates with disabilities.
