Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Spa. Tasks: Schedule events, programs and activities. Schedule work. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Supervision: 5-10 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?.
