SummarySeeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role will support business teams across sales, finance, marketing, and operations by delivering high-quality technical solutions, with a strong focus on reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights using Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform toolsDevelop and maintain advanced reporting and analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), dashboards, and reportsTranslate business reporting needs into scalable data models, datasets, and visualizationsCustomize Salesforce applications, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and reportsBuild and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting and analytics solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, dashboards, and system performanceTroubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system defects, bugs, and performance issues across Salesforce applications and integrationsCollaborate with Solution Architects and Administrators on day-to-day change requests, including Salesforce development and configuration effortsCritical QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL)Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), including datasets, dataflows/recipes, and dashboardsStrong understanding of Salesforce data model, reporting architecture, and security modelSalesforce Admin and Salesforce Platform Developer certification is an assetExperience designing scalable reporting and analytics solutionsExperience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
