*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper for Days Inn Taber. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. * Maintain cleanliness in public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces. * Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. * Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards. * Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained. * Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is preferred. * Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and janitorial practices. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness. * Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues. * Experience in custodial or industrial cleaning is a plus. * Prior experience in housekeeping management is advantageous but not required.
