Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Direct the delivery of social and community service programs. Evaluate the delivery of social and community service programs. Plan and organize the delivery of social and community service programs. Hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff. Administer the programs of non-governmental organizations involved with social issues. Direct and advise professional and non-professional staff. Establish administrative procedures. Participate in policy development by preparing reports and briefs for management committees and working groups.
