You will achieve this through the investigation and assessment of clients referred, as well as by working closely with other departments, stakeholders, care coordinators, health professionals and other community agencies.<br><br></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Primary Accountabilities</b></H2></div><div><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">You will ensure the safety of your clients through the investigation and assessment of clients referred, as well as by working closely with other departments, stakeholders, care coordinators, health professionals and other community agencies.
