Education: Bachelor's degree. Work setting: Women's drop-in centre. Shelter for the homeless. Tasks: Appraise clients' needs or eligibility for specific services. Resolve conflict situations. Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients. May work in a team with shared supervisory responsibilities. Train workers in duties and policies.
