We focus on delivering personalized care, prescription services, and clinical solutions?all backed by efficient technology and a close-knit team environment. *About the Role* We're seeking a *Pharmacy Assistant* to help support daily operations, prescription processing, and patient interactions. You?ll work directly with the pharmacist and other team members to ensure a smooth and organized pharmacy experience for every patient. *Key Responsibilities* * Process and prepare prescriptions using *Kroll Paperless Workflow* * Handle front-desk tasks through *Boxlabs Point of Sale system* * Assist with blister pack preparation and medication reconciliation * Maintain inventory, receive orders, and manage shelf stock * Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication * Follow pharmacy regulations and internal standard procedures *Preferred Qualifications* * Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant * Familiarity with *Kroll* is a strong asset * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Effective communicator with a positive attitude * A valid *driver?s license* is beneficial for occasional deliveries or errands *Why Join Us?* * Flexible scheduling and consistent hours * Supportive, respectful team culture * Hands-on experience in a modern, paperless pharmacy Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Pharmacy Assistant: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- Location Kitchener, ON
