Bridge Street Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA-accredited, Fear Free Certified and Cat Friendly practice in Waterloo, Ontario. Under new ownership since April 2026, we are building the next chapter of our hospital and are looking for an RVT to grow with us. This is an opportunity for an RVT who enjoys more than just technical skills. We are looking for someone who values patient care, client communication, teamwork, and helping create an exceptional client experience. You will be involved in anesthesia and surgical nursing, dentistry, diagnostics, client education, Fear Free patient handling, and helping us continuously improve how we care for our patients and support our clients. *What makes us different?* * Privately owned and veterinarian-led * No weekends * One evening per week until 7:00 PM * AAHA-accredited, Fear Free Certified and Cat Friendly practice * Modernizing systems with new technology and workflows * A supportive environment where your ideas and input matter * A team focused on excellent medicine, clear communication, and compassionate care * The opportunity to help shape a growing hospital rather than simply maintain the status quo We are looking for an RVT who is positive, dependable, organized, and takes pride in providing a high standard of patient and client care. Competitive compensation ($25-35/Hr based on experience), CE allowance, licensing dues (OAVT), professional development support, and a generous personal pet discount provided.
