- Select the employer and click on “Proceed to Job title”.
- Enter a job title, click on “Search” and select the appropriate one.
- Click on “Proceed to Target audience” and click on the designated groups you wish to target for this job.
- Select the supporting statements that showcase how you support these specific groups.
- Click on “Proceed to Job details” to continue the process.
