Here’s how you can target candidates from specific groups directly on your job posting:

1. Sign in to Job Bank for Employers.
2. Click on “Job postings” from the left-hand menu on your dashboard, and then on “Create a new job posting”.
3. Select the employer and click on “Proceed to Job title”.
4. Enter a job title, click on “Search” and select the appropriate one.
5. Click on “Proceed to Target audience” and click on the designated groups you wish to target for this job.
6. Select the supporting statements that showcase how you support these specific groups.
7. Click on “Proceed to Job details” to continue the process.
8. Review the job posting information and click on “Submit”.
