Ubisoft, a video game company, will have 25 positions to fill in its Sherbrooke studio by March 2025

The Ville de Montréal will invest more than $50M over 10 years to refurbish the facilities for the Groupe tactique d'intervention of the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal. Phase 1 of 5, which will cost $13M, will get under way this year and be completed in 2028.

The Centre de services scolaire de Montréal announced that Saint-Justin elementary school in the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough will undergo an expansion. The project is expected to be complete by the beginning of the 2026 school year.

Since the beginning of the 2024 fiscal year, the Ville de Princeville has received more than $8.3M in investments. The money will go towards building eight residential projects.

Holocie, a solidarity co-op, is investing nearly $25M in the construction of a building with 66 affordable housing units in Granby. The City and the governments of Quebec and Canada are contributing $18.5M to the project, which will be finished by the spring of 2025.
