The Yukon government awarded Castle Rock Enterprises a construction contract to construct a 44-lot serviced residential subdivision in Haines Junction. Castle Rock Enterprises will oversee clearing of the land, install water and sanitary sewer mains, and support stormwater infrastructure. The construction on the lots has already begun in March and expected to be completed in July 2025.
