Key qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work or Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work from an accredited institution. Strong communication, critical thinking, digital literacy, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to manage competing priorities, assess risk, and apply knowledge of systemic barriers, poverty, and multicultural perspectives. Candidates must be able to travel, transport clients, and meet physical requirements.
